How about this ... if the process has focus (I assume that is Normal Selected) then make it green.

Here you go, look back at post #6 on where to put things if you do not remember. It will be Eddy.2
Let me know if it's OK

That's funny, yesterday I posted a response but it is gone today.

I tried Eddy.2 but it caused the task bar to change to the old classic view and I lost the very nice green/red for the title bars.

Switch to the default aero theme then,
Click on the Start Button type in Services In the search box and then click on Services

Scroll down until you see Unsigned themes select it in click on the Stop text and let it stop after that click on Start text let it start and see if that works. Your screen may blink when you do this.

I use Windows Style Builder Ave's Windows7 Style Builder I start out with a copy of the Aero.msstyles when you open it up in WSB you get it Treeview that you can open up to the different locations and then click on the edit button and it will open up a image editor (that you set up the first time you start WSB) then you edit the image and save it. You can also change text colors, font size, and fonts on most everything there is a few exceptions in property Windows where there is some black text that cannot be changed. It's a little bit of a learning curve but once you get into it it's not too bad. Here is a screenshot of WSB showing the tree structure.
If you need more information let me know.

Here you go Extract the zip folder and put both 1 Eddy theme folder and 1 Eddy.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Will show up in Personalization as Eddy
