Msi hd 6670 1gb ddr5 is your video card?
You have the latest drivers? Clean out all the dust? How are the temps in your PC in general?

yes its on latest drivers. PC's temps are pretty good. i use a coolermaster fan for cpu. i opened up the case and cleaned all dust before posting, but the problem still remains. I didnt even try any overclocking.
