Okay, there is a faster way to speed things up. Check 50% of the services. If it passes, you have eliminated half, and can try the other 50%. If you get a positive, examine half of that. Much fast elimination process.

No need to add any back. You've seen the benefits of a Clean Boot which is the best way to run your System.
The decision to add a Startup program should be made fresh when you have a program you absolutely need to startup with Windows, not working from some list of freeloaders that snuck in previously and you've booted out for good reason.
And keep an eye on those two msconfig tabs as the little buggers are sneaky.

Yes it would stop lots of unneeded programs/services from starting up with Windows and leeching CPU cycles, RAM, Startup Time, in addition to often spying on you to collect consumer data.
At most if you have factory preinstalled Windows you might have to turn off the wireless crapware they add to replace Win7's superior version. That's right, in addition to ganging up all of these unneeded utilties on top of Win7, they also replace Win7's own native versions with bloated crapware. This is why at the minimum on a factory preinstall one should Clean up factory bloatware if not Reinstall Windows 7
so it is unleashed in it's native feather-light, instantaneous state.
It's your property to do what you want with.
