    windows on desktop dont move only the border


    If i move any window on my desktop the border moves then the rest jumps into place when i release the window, I'm not sure but i think this started to happen when i installed Ubuntu as dual boot but i have removed that now i am using windows 7 32bit any other programs i have installed since this started happening i have removed, the drivers for my graphics card nvidia geforce 7950GT are up to date. this does not affect aero shake but since i have noticed it, Its driving me crazy restored as far back as i could still the same i know its not doing any harm but i cant sleep for thinking about it (lol) Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated thanks in advance.

    The tutorial below can help show you how to set to show the window again while dragging instead of just the outline.

i have a problem my computer`s graphic card is intel and has samtron monitor i have a black border around desktop all over the scereen can i get help ?? please :( i am waiting i had alot of time with this and i tried change the windows still present ??
What gives? I didn't shake it or snap it. I was just moving it slowly. All other windows minimized. Is there any recourse?
