Installing Windows Problems

    I downloaded the CD Image and am using that. It doesn't detect a drive and so I have to enter a serial number.

    I opened up the case and now have the serial number so am running the DFT now.
      My Computer

    The serial number isn't recognised as a drive either.

    I'm assuming the HDD is just plain screwed. Could it be something wrong with the BIOS?

    Try resetting the HD Drive.

    But looking like you will need to replace.
