Stopped working: the convenient Windows + right keyboard shortcut

Have you guys tried pressing the Windows + right button? It halves your window to half of the right side of the screen. Same for Windows + left. Windows + up maximizes any window, while Windows + down restores down any window.

These are convenient as the chair I sit upon. But one day...they stopped working.

I've checked everything about the keyboard in the control panel, nothing there. Neither does Acer have forums. What should I do??

hi wearashirt, and welcome to sevenforums,

this feature is called 'aero snap' - somehow yours seems to have disabled itself.

the good news is that it's easy to restore - check out this tutorial: Aero Snap - Turn On or Off

i remember everybody's username and post-count, and new users always stick out - not really, you can see how many posts a user has made by looking under the user name.

happy i could help you. :)

if you got some time, do have a look around the tutorial section - you won't find a better resource anywhere else on any of the internetz!
