Have you tried:
- Toggling your "Personalize" settings (e.g. resolution, themes, Aero on/off)?
- Reinstalling your graphics driver?

Yeah i did....!!! many times
What about the Repair Install?
If i had a windows disk. i would have performed a clean install till now
If you have the OEM manufacturers system recovery disk, you can go for a factory restore, obviously after making all your data backed up secured .
Where did you get Win7? What is the version and bit-rate? How is it activated?
Vendor gave me installed with the pc. 32 bit
What is the licensed version printed on the COA sticker on machine? Is it 32- or 64-bit?
Is the Product Key readable? Back it up now as it is good for the life of the machine, for Repair Installs and Reinstalls.
i can't reinstall the OS dudes. if possible tell me the correction methods of problem
