System Reserved partition deleted - please HELP

    Hey,
the issue starts when i was mistaken to delete the
system reserved partition (which was 400MB). foolish, of course.

next thing i tried is booting with Hirens BootCD 10.6 dos programs
and started "Active Partition Recovery 3.0"

In the program, i've noticed i got two unallocated spaces to scan -
one, the size of 0.96mb, and the 2nd is 297Gb (my whole HD size)

and one logical C:, size of 0.40gb, the actual size of the partition i deleted.

    i started to freak out.
booted with Hirens once again, this time to mini windows xp,
to see if all my drives are okay - and noticed - i've don't got any drives !
like i deleted all the partition except the system reserved one,
    which CANT BE POSSIBLE.

i deleted the System Reserved partition, with Aomei Partition Assistant
then i wanted to merge the 400MB of free space to my C:\ drive.

I right clicked the C: partition -> Merge & Resize
and added the 400mb to that partition.

    says it needed a reboot.

from then - of course the system won't boot.
and now i fear the most - 300GB of data is deleted as well.

Please, I beg you - help me!
i really don't know what to do from here.

Talking about Toshiba Satellite L500d Laptop
with Windows 7 x64 Enterprise installed on it.

    Please help

Where did you buy your Windows 7 Enterprise from?

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

    How to use Toshiba Recovery.
How to use the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility

You can order Toshiba Recovery disks from here:

"system reserved" isn't needed at all. At leaset if you don't need and use bitlocker.
Please start in "recovery environment" from system repair CD or win7 install DVD.

    DIR C:\
    DIR D:\
    etc
    Volumes still there?

    Hey. thanks for your reply.
My enterprise copy of Windows 7 is a personal one, not bought from any store
(I don't knoe whether its allowed to talk about in this forums or not).

I do have a recovery disk from toshiba, but its useless since i've deleted the Toshiba
folder called HDDRecovery - took up a lot of needed space, and since i've installed
a new fresh copy of windows - didn't see why i needed it.

Hey, didn't got to check your suggestion, cause i gave my laptop to my boss
    (IT professional)
Which mentioned i am indeed a sys-admin from the best (just kidding of course)
for making that newbie mistake, but he managed to restore almost all my data.

i'll sure to ask him how he did that and post back here.

    Thank you guys!

Not quiet. he couldn't restore the System Reserved partition,
but he manages to restore all my D:\ drive (the data drive).

He said the C:\ drive was a mess when trying to restore, and he can restore
    specific files by name.

Still waiting to get the laptop back and to ask how he managed to restore.

The procedure is to create a Primary Partition in the unallocated space where System Reserved was deleted, mark it Active, then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times to rewrite the System Reserved partition.

If you want to elminate it altogether, then mark the Win7 partition itself Active and run the 3 Repairs.

You can recover the deleted space into Win7 using free Partition Wizard bootable CD.
