Hi James ! Have you tried Startup Repair ?

Sometimes it is needed to run at least three separate times with restarts after each single run.

Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times .

Let us know what happened after that .

No worries, got it all working. I marked C:\ as active and then ran fixed the MBR :)
