trying to use different cmd commends

Hey, I am trying to use different cmd commends, such as: mem or tlist and they do not work. While commends like ipconfig work wonderful. I tried using cmd as administrator but still no result. What am i doing wrong, and what is the different between windows 7's cmd and that of XP?

There are a lot of differences between Windows 7 and XP's command line interface. Some programs have been removed/replaced, new ones have been added (such as Robocopy), but a lot of the main ones are still there, like ipconfig.

Applies to all editions of Windows 7

CMD commands listing.> Command Reference Overview [H1S]

Scroll down the page just a little ways and all are listed.
Click each indiviual Command link for further "How To" info and the actual function of each command.

    You are welcome.

In your first post if mem is memory I beleive the new command will be listed under winsat.
So click the Winsat to find which one you wish to run.
    If my assumption is right.

The tlist I am unfamiliar with.
