Windows Explorer doesn't refresh after copy, rename, new, or delete

I'm not sure if this is a simply problem or some kind of other problem.

Usually, when you create/rename/delete a file/folder in the directory in Windows Explorer, it will add/renamed/remove automatically without refreshing.

However, I have this issue where if you do any of the above, it doesn't refresh until you press F5. I tried to see if its a driver issue by booting into Safe Mode but it didn't work in there.

I'm not sure if I should do a new format on my machine or if someone has a fix out there.

I'm currently running on Windows 7 Professional x64.

    Same problem here. Any solution?

Just want to bump this discussion up, since there hasn't been a reply yet. I have the same problem and it's maddening!
