Where is my Windows, etc.?
I wanted to selectively delete some cookies and began to follow this path:
The cookies folder is really here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
. There are three folders in Users: 9ol, Public and yuhr [user name]. There is NO AppData in yuhr; I found it in 9ol [My Gateway SX2840-01 came with that folder]. Opening 9ol Properties shows 0 bytes, 8 folders, opening it results in 3 folders: AppData, Desktop, Documents. Hovering over Desktop & Documents shows Empty, Properties show 0 bytes, 0 folders for both. AppData Properties say 0 bytes, 5 folders; actually it contains only one - Roaming with 0 bytes and 4 folders (according to Properties), actually only one - Microsoft (0 bytes, 3 folders); yet only Windows inside upon opening with 0 bytes, 2 folders, with Start Menu on opening and 0 bytes and 1 folder according to its Properties but in reality totally blank Programs !!! No Cookies in sight!!!
I can use my PC but don't know much about it. I understand that something is wrong. So far I've had no major problems; the only one is malfunctioning Start and Sleep - the PC takes a long time and multiple attempts to turn the PC on and occasionally it does not awaken by pressing ANY key.

AppData is a hidden file, just type it in the address bar when you are in the "yuhr" folder.
-
I did: "No items match your search". I typed it as AppData.
-
-
Press "Organize" from the FolderBand at the Top, and press "Folder Options". Click the "View" Tab and select "Show hidden files and folders.".
You can then Unhide AppData by Right Clicking it and selecting "Properties", and uncheck "Hidden" and then select "OK"
However, if you tell me your Browser, I will let you know how to clear your cookies. CCleaner could be a good tool, but tell us your browser if you want it done manually.
-
If your trying to get to your cookies it can be done easier and only 5 clicks.
-
I already checked "Show hidden Files", Opened everything down to Windows, there are only 8 folders, no Cookies so far.

Why not access your cookies through your browser?

What Web Browser are you trying to remove the Cookies from, I have a nice post here you might like to look at (for Firefox):

If you need help clearing cookies for another browser, let me know.

If you want to get to your cookies, type shell:cookies into the start/search field and hit Enter. That will bring up your cockies folder.

Thanks, that one worked, sort of...
It opened a folder containing 7 Notepad files(only 7 cookies in 3 y.o. PC!?), 5 of them related to Avast - my anti-virus program, one - to Microsoft Services, and one to avg.com,the latter one was deleted, as I've never used AVG antivirus.
Where are all other cookies?
All began when I found two cookies: "yuhr@bluekai.com" and yuhr@bluekai.com/" . I deleted the latter, but could not delete the former, instead, I got this : "Error 0X80004001".
A quick Google search found this:I wonder: Does anyone have any experience with that 'tool'? I could have downloaded it from a WOT "trusted" site; the first and second sites in Google search results were marked as "Poor Reputation".
