    System Tray Clock Display

    (1) How can I get the sys tray clock to show hh:mm:ss tt ?

I changed the short and long time format yet "ss" is not showing expect when I move cursor over clock.

Changes to date format reflect in sysclock right away.

    (2) Is there a freeware clock available that is Win 7 compatible that I could use instead of the default clock?

    Appreciate any suggestions - thanks!

    Hello BeepBeep, welcome.

    1) I know you can set the long time (which includes seconds) but I do not believe there is a way to show it on the tray clock (at least I cannot get it to do that).

    2) There are gadgets that are clocks, as well as numerous programs that function the same (Banshee Screamer Alarm always amused me)

I use Atomic alarm clock-has over 100 different skins and fonts-(even chinese), multiple alarm clocks or hourly chimes set to any music file or even to start a task and it will wake pc from sleep/hibernate. Memory use can be shown in taskbar, click the clock and system uptime will show.

Thanks one and all for the info and links; appreciate it very much.

Just love the blazing speed of Win 7. I was a Windows user since the very first version way back and switched to Linux around 2 years back.

Nothing Linux can offer, and I have tried practically every major distro, can match the speed and functionality of Win 7. Congrats MS a great product!
