Your burn the iso image to a CD or DVD. You can use ImgBurn to accomplish this. Then boot your computer off your optical drive.

Are you downloading, scanning, etc, with the computer that has the problems? Usually when a computer has been infected, it's best to download files from a clean computer.

OK i could only move files from the zip to my key and then i ran the setup for the rescue cd usb and then i tried to boot my system from the key and i tried. it started to work and then stopped i think its cause i didnt follow the install that the vid did but i cant do it the way the vid did cause i cant put files anywhere and i dont have access to any folders.

Because of that im not sure if i can do it any time soon unless i wasnt doing something right.

Well it told me the booting process could not continue and closed.
So if there is no other way to fix my folders and files then i wont be able to do this until i can get to school and use there computer to make a bootable disk properly.

OK so i used my step dads pc to install the boot install to my key i then went to my pc and tried to boot the PC using my flash drive, i then went and ran it but then it said "unable to continue" and closed. I didn't even get to the agreement page from AVG and my folders and files are still inaccessible so there has to be another way to fix my folders/files.

Then press the letter p until you get to "Prevent access to drives from My Computer
Double click on that >click disable >Then apply >go to my computer and you should have access again
