Is the router showing up when you try to connect in the network and sharing center ?

I just gotta ask, If you had no problems with the 32 Bit why did you reinstall ?

Check your Device Manager for any yellow marks. I want to make sure your wireless network is working.

no its not showing up at all.I changed from 32 bit, because the hard drive was making some noise,so I did a fresh install of 64 bit.

As Lemur suggested check your wireless adaptor in Device Manager to make sure it`s there and the drivers are installed. I assume this is a laptop ?

Right click on that and update driver. If it does not work you will have to go to your pcs makers website and look for the drivers. They may not have them for 64 bit. What is the make and model of the pc.
