Unplug the AC power, battery, hold power button for 30 seconds, then plug back in the AC power to attempt to start.

Run the HD maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan followed by Disk Check. This will tell you the condition of the HD.

If the disk won't boot with the HD plugged in it normally means it has bad boot code which is interfering. Wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command to see if it resolves the problem. Since this is a destructive process you'll need to try to rescue your files by installing the HD into another PC or using a SATA to USB adapter, or if it can in fact boot a disk try Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console.

If the HD is bad replace it to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The Win7 disk is provided in Step 1, if needed for repairs.

Everything is here for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

interesting how everybody jumps to a hard drive problem, even though it's clearly stated that everything loads up, just can't be seen.

    graphic drivers, ppl, graphic drivers.
