I need to search and replace multi lines of text files.

If there is a text file like this.

WEBS (AM), a radio station at 1030 kHz, licensed to Calhoun, Georgia, United States

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

In fact, almost any search-replace tool can do that. Check out HandyFile / Text Workbench - they have a multiline editor to enter multiline text.
