    Urgent help please


    Hi,
    I've got windows 7 build 7100
    I run a fairly new computer..
    I went to open an .exe file and it didn't work, so i tryed opening it with winrar cause i thought it was a zip (i was stupid) then all my programs, files, exes, everything were set to open in winrar, i couldn't use anything! I uninstalled winrar in hope that it'd fix it, then they didn't open at all!
    I can open programs by going the long way (say i were to run firefox, i'd go into program files > firefox > firefox.exe > open with > program files > firefox > firefox.exe, which works ) it works with most programs. but i go to install photoshop (for i have an assignment due soon) and it starts the install, gets to the point were it starts installing and cmd prompt opens up!
    PLEASE HELP ME! IT"S REALLY URGENT, I've been praying for a fix and no luck, it's been days
