    Do you have Windows Updates set to run automatically?

    The default time Microsoft use is 3 am and it's quite possible updates requiring a restart are being downloaded and installed so you might want to check your Windows Updates settings.

Woke up this morning to the BSOD. Nothing was running. Hoping you can help.
I first noticed this happening with winamp and utorrent.. I press the close button and the program 'closes'... but if i look in task manager the process is still running, still taking up resources.. And it's not just the programs- although those two are the main culprits and do it every single time...
