Skydrive, unlimited image uploads. Images don't count towards your quota (25 GB free).

They don't? I'm not doubting you, I just never heard this. I was ready to buy a zenfolio account for $50 a year.

They don't, along with Office documents. Unlimited storage space for both. News blog whatever you want to call it, talked about in Sep. 2011. Coming soon to SkyDrive Wave 5: Unlimited photos and documents storage | LiveSide.net

With my own testing, pictures have not deducted from my 25 GBs.

I believe I'm going to give this a shot as well before investing in anything more...costly. Thanks!

Completely different purposes. Skydrive is for storage, Zenfolio is for display purposes. Do you just need to store images for later retrieval or do you need/want them to be displayed in a pretty layout for you and others to see at any given time?

Skydrive does both, storage and display in a pretty layout for images.
Quick test of images uploaded, viewable here: Skydrive Test Album
