I hate single cores, but I'd suggest trying out 64-bit and seeing how it feels, if you don't like it just go back to 32-bit. Honestly even with a 64-bit CPU, its a single core which means it will fill up easier.

I think the fact that it's an AMD 64 processor should alone be enough to identify it as 64-bit.

Now that my esteemed colleagues have determined that you have the choice, the question remains.

I offer this reminder only in deferrence to SF members who often make plausible arguments for maintaining a 32-bit OS.

I count myself, with present company, in that number who would reply - by all means, run the 64-bit version.

After verifying the availability of 64-bit drivers.

SSD & HDD Configuration
Hi I've recently fitted a 128Gb SSD to my PC. I've re-installed Windows7 on the SSD and re-connected the old HDD. Everything is working fine but I've noticed that the space on the SSD is decreasing rapidly as I reload all my usable programs. My question is: Can I configure this PC so that only...

I just installed ssd in my computer and it doesn't show up in the explorer - I'm assuming that's because it isn't formatted yet.
