Hi and welcome to seven forums

Remote Desktop or Team Viewer. Im partial to team viewer. I team view my other machines in different rooms, and use it for accessing computers at work

I would use (or do use) Remote desktop for this type of task. I'm surprised, but while I see regular scans on FTP and SSH ports...I never see 3389.

TightVNC is an alternative. It's slower than windows remote desktop, though.
