Start Menu All programs does not display any Icons
Start Menu All programs does not display any Icons, its just blank which of course leaves the system somewhat crippled.
Does the same thing from the Administrators account as well.

There is a bit of a bug in that if yo have over ~70 items in start menu they disappear from the start menu. there is a thread about it here at SF. If you search on start menu you should be able to find it

This is out of control, I have been trying to setup a Windows 7 system to my liking and every time I am able to put out a fire, 3 or 4 more pop up to deal with :cry:

It seems that the issues I am dealing with appear to happen when I turn off (uncheck) the setting - "Sort All Programs Menu By Name"
Say in my "all programs" section I have the following items....
Program A (launcher)
Program B (launcher)
Program C (launcher)
Accessories (Folder)

I think the only thing that will work here is a registry hack.
By default if you set the start menu properties to display "favorites" it does so by a menu. It does not give you a choice to display this as a link or a menu like it does for other folders.
Is there a way to fix this?
