    32 bit vs 64 bit

I had Windows 7 (32 bit) for about a month and I had just a few problems. I now have Windows 7 (64 bit) for about a month and I have had twice the problems. Picture progream don't work right, CD's don't play right and the list goes on. It's nothing really major but why have a 64 bit OS? what is the advanage? Is there going to be a program somewhere in the next 5 years that will just load on a 64 bit computer. what have you experiance between the two?

The ability to use more than 3gb of ram is the reason to use 64Bit.

Often requires the hunt for drivers and apps that are compatible with 64 bit.

I have 3 computers running x64 bit & 4 computers running 32 bit win7, I must say I have had the fewest problems with both 64 & 32 bit than I have had with any previous versions of all windows. Not sure why you are having the problems you describe.
