Windows not deleting files properly

    its a prog like rainmeter, also happened with xwindowsdock, findebar, any video convertor...cant remember any more as i have deleted them

    ok for some reason the problem stopped as it is not happening anymore so i guess some1 can close this unless it start back up

    I actually had this same problem on the beta. I would delete a file but it's icon would remain. The file was gone - it's ghost remained. Oddly, it resolved itself - but there is at least one thread here at SF dealing with this issue.
