C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper.jpg AppData is a hidden file by default, Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide That is where the currently loaded wallpaper can be found. |

Can we pin a picture to desktop? In WinXP ActiveDesktop feature, you could pin a picture to the desktop, and move it around and lock it at a position. I have been wanting to do that in Windows 7. I have some family pictures which I want to sit atop of the changing desktop wallpaper. Is there a way I could accomplish that? |
