Pictures and photo albums been deleted but keep showing up

I have pictures and photo albums that I have deleted and empted out of the recycling bin. When I go to my picture album they are not there. But when I go to upload a photo to another site all those pictures and albums are there again. They are empty but still there and it takes a lot of scrolling to get to where I want to be. How can I get these off my computer?

Maybe you should empty your temp folder as well to remove thumbnails:
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp, change Admin with your username.

    Dear kelketchum,
I would suggest that you install CCleaner - Download which will do the Temp file deletion safely, securely and thoroughly. I consider it( the free version will do ) a "must" on our desktop/laptop. Hope it helps to prevent such recurring problems if you use the tool on a fairly regular basis!
    Best wishes and regards,

    Hello Kelketchum,

If the above doesn't help, then while you go to upload a photo to another site and are in the browse type dialog window, see if you may be able to delete them in that window to get rid of them for good.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
