Multiple problems with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit or MOBO Z68MA-D2H-B3

    1. I am unable to run WOL (Wake On Lan).
    2. I am unable to have a DVR PCI Express card recognised by the PC(possibly a motherboard issue).
    3. I am unable to view TV from my PCs via the HDMI cable

Could this be a Windows issue or a motherboard issue?

This could be a lack of proper amount of ram.

    Dear Layback Bear,
Excellent observation! In fact, i would advise the @OP to immediately upgrade the RAM. Two matching sticks of 4GB each,AFTER removing the stick installed, or at least one stick of matching 4GB RAM.

Dear @Op, kndly visit this site for good advise about the right stick(RAM) for your MoBo:Use the Crucial System Scanner software to find out what type of memory is in your computer

    regards,

    OK, thanks for the info.
Upgraded from 4GB to 12GB RAM, but didn't fix the issue.
But, did prompt me to chase up the graphics cards companies.
It seems, although the shops sell 10 mt HDMI cables and HDMI repeaters to connect the 30 metre HDMI cable I had, that the max is 3 metres. HDMI to TV works now.

So, the WOL isn't working. I even bought an advertsied WOL NIC.
Windows settings are set to allow WOL magic packets, so not sure with this 2nd of 3 issues now?
