right click on a file and click "copy". right click somewhere else and click "paste".
Are those options greyed out, or just not working?
What are trying to copy?
How have you tried?
Have you tried these keyboard shortcuts?
Ctrl+A - selects all data
Ctrl+C - copies data to the clipboard
Ctrl+V - pastes data to destination
Have you tried it in safe mode?
Running the system file checker may help.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Is your mouse okay, do you have the left and right mouse buttons switched? Control Panel / Mouse

Hello Stupot, and welcome to Seven Forums.
Just so that may be able to get an idea of what may be wrong, could you tell us exactly what you are trying to copy, from where you are copying it from, and where you are trying to paste it at?
Is this happening with everything, or something specific?
Are you getting any error messages?
What happens when you are trying to copy and paste?
You might see if doing a system restore using a restore point (if availble) dated before this started may be able fix it for you.
