How could you know for sure, it's not your keyboard, unless you test the device on a different computer.
Or use a different keyboard on your machine.
Have you done any of this?
If not, you should. This is a first step in diagnosing your issue.
We cannot properly diagnose your issue... unless you follow our suggestions. Then let us know the results.
What type of keyboard are you using? Is it a wired USB, or a wireless?
However, If the keyboard is not the issue, try a repair install. And if that does not work a system recovery.
