    my recieved files wont open


    hi i hope someone can help.for some reason my recieved files wont open when i double click it. it just wont do anything

    my recieved files that is in my documents i cant access it ..just wont open..no response at all?

    Hi deke709, have you tried right clicking on the document and selecting "open with" the choosing the correct program for the document type ?

    well it means now i can access my recieved files..but still puzzled as to why it dont open when i double click it as with any other file?

    it depends on whether you have the program that opens it installed or not. that's why you were asked what kind of file is it :)

    Hi deke709, try this Single-Click or Double-Click to Open an Item
