Is this a SATA 2 or SATA 3 cable?

Hey, I got a new case today and it has an eSATA port on the front, the cable it is connected to is...

    NEW 20 inch - Serial ATA SATA I II Red 7-Pin 7PIN Data Cable • Copartner • AWM 21149 • 26AWG • E119932 • 80°C • 30V • VW-1 [YOULIKE-YOUBUY a division of LifeBeforeLandfill.com & GuitarSushi.com]

I was wondering if this cable was a SATA 2 or 3 'cause I like to put things in the right ports on my motherboard (3GB SATA or 6GB SATA slot), I know a 6GB will work in a 3GB and vice versa but I like to get it right

It says in the description ATA I and II, no mention of III.
