    Menu goes back to root menu after finishing task.


    I frequently do repetitive tasks (editing videos at the moment). I open videos\myvideos\editvideos, then do my editing. When I'm done with editing that video clip and want to do the next one, I have to go back and go through this menu drill again because Windows takes me back to the root menu every time.
    Is there any way to keep it at my editvideos location so I can do the next operation without wasting time?
    Operating Win7 on HP Elite.

    If I understand what you're asking, the answer is No. I have to get back to the editvideos file so I can pick the next clip to edit.

I'm having a problem with Task Manager, the menu's have dissapeared. Not sure how or when it's happened (don't have to use it very often). Any suggestions? Mik http://pics.webchimp.me.uk/task_manager.png
I was searching the registry to help someone in the forum, when I found that you can have an Administrative Tools menu on the start menu root! http://www.kcs.gr/adminroot.jpg Did it ever exist in Vista? Anyways, here's the reg entry:
