User Accs POWER/LOG OFF BUTTON DISABLED(GREYED)

Just did a fresh install of 7 Ultimate x86 Sp1 and installed some core programs and drivers(VLC, Winrar, Chrome, VGA drivers etc).

There are multiple users using this computer and I just noticed all my user accs (standard accs/non admin) have the POWER BUTTON and even the LOG OFF/SWITCH USER/RESTART options all greyed out.. Only way to access those power buttons is using CTRL + ALT + DEL

    I even checked GPEDIT.msc
    Code:
Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - User rights assignments -> Shut Down The System
"Users" acc is listed on the above option

ONLY admin accs have the buttons.. Any way to get those buttons back ?

Mods i used for explorer[FOR CUSTOM THEMES] :

    UniversalThemePatcher-x86

Have you edited any of the group policies on the machine after the fresh install? Are you running antivirus?

That is very strange. The only thing that appears could possibly be the culprit is that theme patcher, which isn't uncommon for it to cause problems. Try completely removing it, reboot, and run "sfc /scannow" from an elevated command prompt to see if that clears it up.

Yeah tks it worked and i found the culprit.. it was my authui.dll which i moded a few days earlier.. didnt realise the custom logon screen had that effect.. I have reinstalled themepatcher and it is working fine now..
