"rundll32 has stopped working" Upon launching websites like youtube
I've been having a strange issue lately and i'm not too sure where it has come from. Everytime my computer starts up my desktop icons and taskbar doesn't work. I have to hit ctrl + alt + del and then hit cancel in order to unfreeze them.
Everytime i try to launch a website like youtube or any site that has media players, i get a "rundll32 has stopped working" at the website's launch. Then when i try to open the videos on the websites, the "Play" icon is off to the side where it normally isnt, and i cannot play the videos.
Basically my browers have been super glitchy after this. An example is when using google chrome whenever i hit the "previous page" button, it opens another tab instead, and when i click on that tab it closes it. Anytime I try to click another tab it just closes it. This also has a strange effect on my VLC player, none of the buttons work, i have to right click and use the buttons that way. I've never seen anything like it before.
