PC won't sleep (Everything powers off except the PC itself)

I've been all over the internet trying to figure this problem out, but when I try to put my computer to asleep, it does as I described in the subject line. It's a new PC, though it was custom built.

Anyway, I've tried a dozen tips and tricks that haven't worked, and I'm sorry I can't remember what they all were. I've tried adjusting the Power settings, and tried changing options somewhere that said "Allow computer to sleep". With all the changes I've made, it should sleep.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The top cause is normally the Display driver so update it first. Then check Power Management tabs on Display and LAN drivers to see that they won't wake the computer.

Next run this Sleep query command to see what is causing the failure.

Yeah I've tried both of those options too. Still no go.

There were quite a few options presented in the blue links. If you only "tried both of those" then there is more work to be done as there are no shortcuts to finding the solution to Sleep issues. There is always a solution but you have to do the work.
