But there's now Danish version here.

How can I obtain a Danish version ?

Download the Danish Professional version that is listed. If it's not your licensed version then download and run the eicfg removal tool to unlock all versions before burning to DVD or writing to flash stick, select your licensed version during install.

Depends on if you want to extract the files to delete and then recompile the ISO, or run the tool on the ISO file itself which is much easier.

Yes, the key/serial will work. That's pretty much standard, as long you have a valid key. I'm pretty sure Greg wouldn't steer you that way if he knew otherwise (he'd tell you if that was the case).
