heres the issue explained, found solution: i had 2 wireless controler programs working at the same time, the one from wifiboard TP-LINK and the wifi controler from win7;

i unistalled TP-link program and maintain driver, now using only wifi program from win7 works fine, the folder im browsing or app fullscreen, no more gets unselected, in fullscreen app no more gets minimized window.

wifiboard: TP-LINK 300Mbps model:TL- WN851ND version:1.0

the program from TP-LINK has glitichng with win7 program to control the wireless board.

add this one to win7 dictionary xD 2wifi controlers may cause unselected window glitch xD
