I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11 Home, not premium every day I have tried the built in speech recognition and it is very limited on what you can do. I clicked on the link you provided and if it's on sale for $79 I would not hesitate and get it.

I use soeech recognition promarily for entering numbers into spreadsheets. I decided to try the native WIN 7 Speech Recognition rather than upgrading Dragon. I can't get to accurately do numbers. Is there a command or key you can use to specifiy numbers?
