Hello. I running home premium windows 7 on my pc desktop. Can i Load it as well on my macbook parallel as well. or need another license, and if so. How much does it cost. I'm in Canada

Yes you need a license for each system. No idea about the Canadian prices, but an OEM version of Home Premium costs around $100 in the US. A retail version is about twice as much. Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - Operating Systems

An alternative would be the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. That is free until mid January 2013. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/iso
