Every time I right click something on my desktop, explorer stops responding and then restarts.
For the first time, it gave me some more information about why it happened, see attachment.
I am running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Ran sfc /scannow and no errors.
Edit: It happens sometimes...
My window explorer always not responding and need me to restart it. But it only happens when i click into window explorer but not other applications.

after 5 or 6 months of using, explorer.exe started crashing constantly,
it crashes every 10-15 minutes and freezes the screen, then i restart the process and continue using.
