Buzzing/Vibration coming from the front of my pc?

This computer is nearing a month old and the front of computer starts making a buzzing noise but I'm guessing its vibration because as soon as I put my hand on the front panel it stops and after I take my hand off it goes back to buzzing? Some times it'll do this and other times it won't

Any clue whats causing it or how to fix it?

win7 home premium-64bit-SP1-IE10

I presume that you have a desktop.
I suspect that's coming from the fan where maybe the attaching screws are loosing.

Front panel may be lose. If it's under warranty, your computer manufacturer will fix it for you. Or pull the side cover off and see if you can figure out where the noise is comming from.

xbox 360 wireless controller vibration?
So I got my 360 wireless adapter today, set it up, works great, but no vibration. Is there a way to enable vibration on the PC ? Specs shown below. Thanks in advanced!
I`ve just installed win 7 couple day ago, and I`ve noticed some vibration on desktop, let say if I open bookmarks menu it stays on 2-3 seconds and disappear, and also with renaming, it resets itself before i finish so on. What can be that ??? It is annoying.

USB controller/gamepad's vibration won't work
recently I bought an USB controller, named Digiboy, model GP121 (not a popular brand..) but it's vibration wont work..neither in resident evil or underground.. anyway to fix this? install new driver or? (the official website didnt provide any downloadable for it..) thanks a bunch :-)

I had this Dual Vibration Gamepad driver for WinXP and it was working well. When I Upgrade to Windows 7, I re-installed the same driver for XP and it setup well, but it gives me this message " the controller is not connected" Please if there is any one would help me here
