windows 7 home premium 64bit
registry editing has been disabled by administrator.

1.whenever i try to open a cmd it show this message and ask to press any key after pressing any then cmd grts closed.
2.folder options in control panel is also missing.
3.whenever i try to run any .reg files again same message is displayed.

plzzz help......

Are you using a antivirus or other type of security suite?
Some of them will disable access to certain admin features as a safety precaution.
If this is the case you should be able to regain access through the configuration settings of that application.

Hello Parimal,

I would recommend that you do a full scan of your system with Malwarebytes free to help make sure that your system is clean.

Afterwards, the tutorials below may be able to help to enable these again.

hy thank u guys ur help.....
i solved the with the help of virus effect remover.....
i was not able to change my registry editor as it was missing.....
but thanks to virus effect remover,, because of that,it was very simple to romeve all my registry errors......

i learn a lot about it now..... n ha brink it was a problem of malware only who hides all tools by which we can recover(eg cmd,folder options....)....
