Processes not loading properly on startup

Hi everyone. I posted this a few days ago, but no help. Here is the problem. SOMETIMES when i startup the computer, all of the processes don't load( I checked the task manager). When the computer starts in this way, it kinda freezes and not much works until the rest of the processes load. ( i need 47 or so to start properly. when i am having trouble, only 37 load). And when they finally do load, Internet is super duper slow. Also not much else is fast at all.

But, if at this point i restart the computer, and IF the processes load properly(all 47 or so) I have no issues. The computer is really fast and does as it should.

Any thoughts would be greatly welcome.
    Thanks everyone.

no, i didn't jot them down. When it's the problem is going on though, it won't let me show processes from all users. I just know that i need 47 to start normally with proper funcionality, and sometimes it only loads 37, and then the other 10. I will however take note next time to see which ones aren't loading.

It may take a few times for this to happen though. But when it does, i will let you know.

Btw, is there anything i can do til then to try to troubleshoot or fix the issues, or do you need to know which processes are loading properly?

ty for your time and input!
