boot manager missing

HI wan choo thxs for responding but like i said in my passed scripts i have tried all the above and get the same result it dont matter what i download or burn or usb stick it still give me the same results my friend , trust me in saying i want this resolved as i my self have limited skill on these matters but 2 weeks of reading and surfing gives alot of answers to follow.... but yet still im here awiating a solution that works did u read all my responses?

You mean to say that you deleted all the partitions on the Hard Drive and created unallocated space on the entire Disk. After that you recreated the partitions with the first one as C, if there was more than one. And after that when you tried to install Windows & by popping in the Windows 7 DVD you still get "Bootmgr is missing" message.

Could you please confirm this once again so that I am sure that I am comprehending correctly what you are trying to convey.

Repair the BCD store by using the Startup Repair option

You can use the Startup Repair option in the Windows Recovery Environment to repair the BCD store. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Put the Windows Vista installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
2. Press a key when you are prompted.
3. Select a language, a time, a currency, and a keyboard or another input method, and then click Next.
4. Click Repair your computer.
5. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
6. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Startup Repair.
7. Restart the computer.

Angel, once you reset the BIOS it seems you got the necessary prompt to "Press any key to boot DVD" which should have booted the DVD. Is this a known-good DVD which is not dirty or scratched at all? Try burning a Repair CD to see if it will boot. You need to get a disk booted to work though the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums.

If you tried resizing your partitions and didn't use free Partition Wizard bootable CD then it may have failed and left your data scrambled. But the steps above show you how to browse in to see your data and if it is intact copy it out if Win7 cannot start. However you'll need to be able to boot the DVD or Repair CD first. Keep trying, as this is often due to a key not being pressed correctly or vigorously enough. If you want to burn another DVD or write to flash stick from the latest SP1 ISO you can find it in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Perform a Startup Repair of Windows. This type of installation should replace any missing or corrupt files, including BOOTMGR.

Even though a Startup Repair is a common solution for BOOTMGR problems, don't worry if it doesn't fix your problem.
