10 would probably lead to more problems.
9.9 seems to be the highest setting possible.

With Windows 7, in dual boot mode, I like to set the hard drive I am booting to, for example Windows 7, as the C: drive, and in this case the Vista drive as another letter. Then when I boot into another OS, like Vista, I set that hard drive to C: and the Windows 7 drive to another letter. That way, whatever OS I boot to becomes the C: drive.

there still should be a way to set the WEI to save on any Drive letter you would like for duel or even tri. booting PC's

You know Microsoft just cant include every variation in an OS with like a million lines of code.

The WEI score is still not the problem. Getting it to save a score on a different drive is the problem. Changing the drive letter would fix the problem.
