    Just FYI, you can use this tool to have ultimate-like personalization panel with other features like aero, aero shake, aero peek and flip 3D window switcher.

    It's simple... (You do not need to install or do anything)

    Go to Control panel ---> Appearance ---> Display ---> Change color scheme
    Note all the personalization commands are there.

Hi All As of recently, my desktop wallpaper does not want to change size when I go to Personalize>Desktop Background>Picture Position. I chooses "Stretch" everytime even though I try using Center, Fit etc...This happens with different images at different sizes each...How to fix this? Thank you
When I right-click on an open portion of the desktop, the dropdown menu that appears has two Personalize buttons. One takes me to the correct personalization window. The other doesn't. Clicking and right-clicking on that button brings up a window that says "Your Windows 7 edition is not supported."...
Everyone when i press personalize when i right click on the desktop it will show explorer.exe unspecified error.. and in control panel/appearance and personalization the icon "Themes" is gone.HELP!!!:(
