Adobe flash? Well uninstall it and see, but I can't see that affect the latency. Your graphs are clear evidence something is very wrong.

At this point I would personally reinstall sound, video, LAN, WiFI, and chipset drivers.

Is there a way to completely uninstall these drivers deleting every trace of them and attached files of theirs? Or just go to the device manager and uninstall that way?

Uninstalled sound, video, chipset and WiFi drivers, still no luck. I appreciate everything you guys have helped me with, unfortunately it looks like I'll end up taking a trip to the shop this week, I've reached my breaking point with this thing.

ok well, I wouldn't possibly know what else it could be. It's too bad the DPC program can't say WHAT's causing it. By the way do you have any external usb devices plugged in or PCMCIA cards? I'd suggest disconnecting, unplugging.

no usb devices, and I don't know what a PCMCIA card is, so unless it came with the computer, no, nothing like that. It's frustrating, my guess is they'll be able to get in, fix it within a half hour an charge me a hundred bucks for it. But, what can you do I guess.

Before I'd pay someone I'd work through all these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to know I've been as thorough as possible - including the hardware tests. Sorry if I missed a post or two.
