There is one more thing you could do. Run Soluto. It will tell you what is holding up the boot process. https://www.soluto.com/

I have found out how to use it and it says that 400 seconds is spent on booting system. I have attached a picture.

If you want to pursue this further then work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
especially establishing a Clean Boot, checking Performance Logs for clues, and using System Resources to find problems and solutions.

You can also determine with certainty the cause of the boot hang by Gathering a Startup, Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernate, or Reboot Trace - Windows 7 Forums.

I would like to ask if I haven't got a Windows 7 disc because it was pre-installed how do I get one so I can clean install? Wouldn't installing by an image or recovery CD's I made of the system mean the Factory bloat-ware goes back on the system because I would like to install without it.

    Thanks,

Yes, using the recovery disks will put all the bloat back on.

Download a Windows ISO from mydigitallife.info. Burn in to a disk and install from it. Activate with your existing Product Key.

Make sure the version you download is exactly what was on the PC when you got it---for instance Home Premium, English, 64-bit.

Activate with your existing Product Key.
I assume that means with the product key on the COA sticker. The current OEM installation runs on a generic OEM key that works only with the OEM disc.
