    Multilingual programs?

Can Windowns 7 Ultimate (English) run Japanese programs (32 bit)? Windows has advertised this multilingual thing, but if all it can do is input other languages, then it does not seem any different from XP. I want to be able to run the Adobe CS3 Japanese version without having to install a second OS and reboot each time.

Windows 7offers Language Packages that can be install from Microsoft update. Check the MS update or download sites for more information. Usually one of your Auto Updates is the ability to add or choose to add one or more Language Packs. Hope this hopes.

Thanks, but I kow about the "Microsoft update," but my question is whether these language packages allow PROGRAMS to run or not. The internet pages are not clear about this at all, but I suspect someone out there must know.

Sorry about not getting back sooner, no excuse. Try the "Tutorial Section" here on the forum there might be something in there that might help you out. :)
